Junior Monitoring, Evaluation and Communications Specialist

- Providing technical and administrative support to the project team in day-to-day operations.
- Supporting the development of necessary tools for monitoring and evaluation (M&E) to measure impacts and outputs from activities of the project.
- Supporting to ensure quality and consistency of information and data provided by project partners for M&E.
- Supporting the M&E action plan and ensuring implementation and follow up in close coordination with project coordinators.
- Contributing to project communications and visibility (C&V), ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard: drafting content (social media, articles, human-centered stories), preparing photo/video material, and conducting content collection missions.
- Coordinating and overseeing online communications and social media activities.
- Supporting the preparation and implementation of visibility events in cooperation with the cluster communications team.
- Ensuring consistency of communication materials with MH UA Project and Resilient Society Cluster branding and messaging.
- Acting as liaison between the project team and the cluster communications team on C&V matters.
- Supporting digital collaboration and innovation within the project.
- Academic degree in Social Sciences, Communications or similar.
- Academic and/or first professional experience in M&E, Communications, PR, preferably with international stakeholders.
- Good understanding of social media context and media relations.
- Very good working knowledge of digital tools and technologies for information processing, communication, content creation, problem solving, and computer applications (e.g. MS Office) as an independent user.
- Excellent social and communication skills.
- Excellent language skills (written and oral) in Ukrainian and English are required, German is an asset.
- Ability and willingness to travel on a regular base within (Eastern) Ukraine and abroad.
