- Develop growth strategies for categories with national key customers based on shopper and consumer insights, professional expertise, and in-depth understanding of current sales channels
- Based on the Strategy, create an activation plan and support NPDs in line with the strategic direction.
- Develop and align action plans and calendar for category segments with all relevant stakeholders and lead the implementation.
- Define KPIs for category & channel development strategies and manage them.
- Ensure availability of the right products (Must Stock List) in retail chains.
- Develop effective category merchandising guidelines and in-store placement standards.
- Build a category promotion strategy.
- Manage the channel activation calendar, focusing on portfolio strategy and sales KPIs.
- Develop strategies for alternative channels and e-commerce growth in terms of promotion, pricing, cost, and visibility.
- Create and manage the Picture of Success across all coffee category segments.
- Higher education in economics, marketing, or related technical field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in trade marketing or category/business development
- Deep understanding of the FMCG market
- Solid knowledge of sales, marketing practices, and shopper insights
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Personal leadership and a results-driven mindset
- English - required
