In this role, you will specialize in sourcing high-quality candidates, managing initial outreach, and maintaining effective communication in both Ukrainian and English.Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively source candidates through various channels and databases;
  • Engage and communicate with potential candidates in Ukrainian and English;
  • Qualify candidates based on job requirements and maintain talent pipelines;
  • Support recruitment workflows by coordinating outreach and follow-ups;
  • Organize and prioritize multiple sourcing projects to meet hiring deadlines;
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role (including customer support positions);
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and English (written and spoken at C1 level or higher);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong passion for technology and recruitment;
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively;
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment workflow tools is a plus.
