Senior Technical Artist

• Create and set up assets for projects;
• Optimize project content to meet quality and performance requirements;
• Maintain and support existing projects as needed;
• Create master materials in Unreal Engine;
• Implement, adjust, and refine materials inside Unreal Engine;
• Provide project support based on team and production needs;
• Communicate daily with the Art Director, Producer, and Lead Artist;
• Support the Technical Art team across different projects;
• Collaborate closely with the Lead Artist to achieve the desired visual quality.

• Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine 5;
• Solid understanding of the PBR workflow;
• Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5.x, including a wide range of shader creation techniques (node-based and HLSL);
• Basic knowledge of any industry-standard 3D software;
• Understanding of rendering pipelines;
• Strong communication skills in their native language and English (B2 or higher).

• Experience using Unreal Engine for mobile platforms;
• Strong understanding of modern game industry standards as an active and passionate player;
• Technical understanding of shader optimization pipelines in Unreal Engine 5.x;
• Ability to share knowledge and create documentation.

• Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds;
• Ability to process feedback and identify the most important takeaways;
• Ability to share knowledge in a clear and understandable way.
