Knowledge of additional languages (German, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Russian, Chinese, etc.) is a strong advantage
Proven experience as Entertainment Staff, Animator, or in similar hospitality or event- hosting roles
Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead games, quizzes, themed events, and social gatherings with energy and confidence
A friendly, approachable personality with a passion for guest interaction
Comfortable working in high-energy, multicultural environments
Ability to work both independently and within a dynamic team
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Host and coordinate various entertainment activities onboard, such as trivia nights, karaoke, dance classes, themed parties, and deck games
Create a fun, inclusive atmosphere where guests of all ages and backgrounds feel welcome
Socialize with guests throughout the cruise, offering assistance and positive engagement
Support the Cruise Director in delivering the daily entertainment program
Actively participate in embarkation and disembarkation procedures, providing warm welcomes and farewells
Serve as a company representative during shore excursions, supporting guest interaction and satisfaction
Ensure all entertainment activities run smoothly and safely according to the Company's standards
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve guest experience
Maintain high visibility onboard and contribute to the positive reputation of MSC Cruises
