- Identify and analyze local trends and industry developments in the Russian-speaking market to provide localized insights that support headquarters’ strategic decisions.
- Participate in building the brand marketing and operational framework for the region and drive localized brand communication efforts.
- Support the planning and execution of local offline events, ensuring alignment with expected outcomes.
- Provide localization support to various functions at headquarters, including identifying local hot topics for brand campaigns, coordinating with local advertising channels, and sourcing quality Russian-language websites for SEO.
- Assist in streamlining local operational workflows to contribute to the development of standardized procedures.
- Education / Major: Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
- No strict requirements on years of experience; candidates with relevant experience in the Russian-speaking market are preferred
- Skills:
- Strong familiarity with Russian-speaking culture, consumer behavior, and major social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of operations and marketing execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate between HQ and local resources.
- Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to execute tasks efficiently and perform well under pressure.
- Based in Russian-speaking countries.
- Senior local Chinese residents, Russian-speaking nationals who speak Chinese, or overseas-educated local candidates proficient in Chinese.
- Familiar with the Russian-language online ecosystem and local marketing and promotional practices.
