- manage the employee lifecycle: onboarding, 1:1 meetings, skills and salary reviews, offboarding, exit interviews etc.;
- participate in recruitment processes;
- be responsible for planning and conducting company events;
- improve existing HR processes with the team;
- support the company's culture and atmosphere.
- strong desire to develop in HR/Recruitment field;
- basic knowledge of HR processes and the full recruitment cycle;
- at least Intermediate+ level of English (both written and verbal);
- high level of communication and multitasking skills.
- completed courses or previous experience as HR manager / HR generalist / Recruiter;
- understanding of the most common IT areas, frameworks and languages;
- experience in negotiations, ability to help with employee problems;
- knowledge of labor legislation.

- working hours from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, lunch break from 14:00 to 15:00;
