Mirko Solutions continues growing rapidly, so now we are looking for a proactive and ambitious HR Generalist. You will be responsible for developing human capital to support the business growth of the company.We are ready to consider candidates without prior experience, but with a great desire to learn! Please note: the position requires work only in the Lutsk office!In this role, you will:

manage the employee lifecycle: onboarding, 1:1 meetings, skills and salary reviews, offboarding, exit interviews etc.;
participate in recruitment processes;
be responsible for planning and conducting company events;
improve existing HR processes with the team;
support the company's culture and atmosphere.

What we expect from the new HRG:

strong desire to develop in HR/Recruitment field;
basic knowledge of HR processes and the full recruitment cycle;
at least Intermediate+ level of English (both written and verbal);
high level of communication and multitasking skills.

Will be a plus:

completed courses or previous experience as HR manager / HR generalist / Recruiter;
understanding of the most common IT areas, frameworks and languages;
experience in negotiations, ability to help with employee problems;
knowledge of labor legislation.
