- Active lead generation in the B2B segment via Upwork, Clutch, email outreach, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Initiating first contact, conducting online meetings, and presenting company services to potential clients.
- Preparing personalized commercial proposals, participating in negotiations, and supporting deals until closing.
- Developing and executing strategies for new client acquisition and building long-term relationships.
- Market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new niches and opportunities.
- Collaborating with marketing and technical teams to create strong proposals and marketing materials.
- Achieving sales targets and providing regular performance reports. Requirements:
- At least 2,5 years of experience in B2B sales in the IT industry (web / mobile development).
- English level Upper-Intermediate or higher (spoken and written communication with international clients).
- Strong skills in cold sales, negotiations, and objection handling.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Experience selling outsourcing / outstaffing services.
- Experience working with US / EU clients.
- Understanding of web / mobile development process.
- Self-organization, analytical thinking, and result-oriented mindset.
