- Own and manage end-to-end CRM strategy and execution across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Leverage advanced segmentation and lifecycle modeling to build personalized, targeted campaign journeys.
- Utilize iGaming-specific CRM platforms to create automated lifecycle flows, including onboarding, retention, churn prevention, and reactivation.
- Partner with data analysts to interpret customer behavior, campaign performance, and retention KPIs – applying insights to continuously optimize messaging and strategy.
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to drive actionable improvements across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand tone and meets local regulatory requirements.
- Develop and refine bonus mechanics, loyalty programs, and incentive schemes based on player segmentation and activity trends.
- Ensure all CRM activities comply with regulatory standards and responsible gambling practices across key markets.
- 2–3 years of hands-on CRM experience in the iGaming or betting industry.
- Proficiency with CRM tools/platforms such as Optimove, FastTrack, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into meaningful action.
- Experience building and optimizing multichannel lifecycle campaigns using automated workflows.
- Solid understanding of bonus/reward mechanics and their strategic use in player engagement.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders across content, product, and marketing.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to execute and prioritize multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, for internal collaboration and campaign content oversight.
- Experience managing VIP retention strategies or player loyalty programs.
- Familiarity with CRM efforts focused on new market expansion and campaign localization.
