What will you do:
  • Ensure the team's vital activities (search for new suppliers, control of service performance, management of office expenses, individual requests from colleagues, presents/merch for birthdays).
  • Initiate and implement office space improvements and optimize/automate administrative processes and workflow.
  • Communicate with the team, inform about office life news and collect feedback.
  • Organize office events for the team.
What do you need to join us:
  • Previous experience as a People Experience Specialist/Office Manager.
  • Experience using Excel, Notion, Figma.
  • Creativity in work approaches.
  • Speed and quality of work.
  • Willingness to give and receive constructive criticism.
  • Proactivity.
