- Partner to sales, helping to develop/grow business. Supporting in an administrative function providing information & support internally and externally.
- Focus on support to enable sales to focus on design and customer facing activities. Coordinates with sales team members to ensure goals are met. Works closely with sales, distribution partners, FAEs, Marketing & quoting.
- Support focusing on new business, Pipeline, Registrations, Opportunity and Funnel management / maintenance and tracking.
- Sample Support - ordering, tracking and follow up.
- RFQ support - budgetary pricing, MOU, data support for annual RFQ and Revenue tracking support.
- Support of regional distribution branches with quote / registration follow up (connected to Design activities and most significant business opportunities).
- Degree in business, marketing, finance or similar field.
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or similar role.
- Detail-oriented with analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter and service orientated individual with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a good resilience to stress.
- Familiarity with SAP, Model N, Salesforce or Power BI is an added advantage.
- Advanced command of English both spoken and written is a must.
- Experience in Semiconductor market would be a benefit.
- Fixed-Term Contract - 12 months.
