PAH provides assistance to the people in need, especially internally displaced people, elderly and single mothers, working in the sectors of Protection/Advocacy, WASH, Food Security/MCPA, Shelter/NFI and MHPSS. PAH Ukraine is rapidly expanding its operations in response to the armed conflict and seeks dynamic candidates comfortable with a fast-changing environment who are eager to scale operations quickly.Visit for more information.Key Duties and Responsibilities:IT:?Installing and configuring new IT equipment including laptops, printers, tablets and communication devices according to IT Strategy (HQ)
?Maintaining and repairing networks, peripherals and helping PAH staff troubleshoot problems
?Supporting staff by responding to emails and chats regarding technical issues
?Keeping detailed records of network configuration, peripheral specifications, problems and solutions
?Supporting the IT Coordinator in improving IT processes in response to user demand (IT Strategy)
?Coordinating with HQ IT team for continuous improvement of IT systems
?Performing routine PC maintenance
?Updating workstations for office staff
?Assisting in software and hardware upgrades
?Providing technical assistance to staff when needed
?Responding to bulk emails and faxes
?Upholding a strict level of confidentiality
?Maintaining an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
?Providing need-based support in Logistics/admin functionsAsset Management?Recording of PAH assets in the Assets Register
?Preparing proper handover documents for any assets assigned to staff members
?Conducting periodic physical verification
?Reporting any missing or damaged assets and investigating as required
?Completing any other tasks delegated by the supervisorOther:?Completes any other tasks delegated by the supervisorIT/Logistics Officer will be selected based on the qualification requirements described below:?Diploma in IT
?At least 1 year of work experience in IT in business, international or local NGO
?Good verbal and written communication skills in English (ability to communicate and write in English at work)
?Understanding of international humanitarian work
?Good interpersonal skills
?Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Apps
?Good organizational skills and discretion with confidential information
?Proven ability to handle challenging workload
