Over 900 team members working across the county in various professional fields.ABOUT THE JOBThe ICRC Logistics Working Unit seeks a competent Supply Chain Officer to join our team in Dnipro. The Supply Chain Officer carries out order fulfilment activities in accordance with service level agreements. S/he ensures that all customers' needs are understood, met, delivered and well communicated.NOTE: This position is a temporary maternity leave replacement, with an expected duration of 2 to 6 months, depending on the return date.YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process and fulfill clients' orders according to the ICRC's logistical and financial procedures and pre-established fulfilment guidelines
Ensure that the priorities set by the Supply Chain Coordinator(s) are followed
Keep service requesters regularly informed of the progress of their requests
Record and file documents pertaining to the ordering process; register and forward claims and comments from service requesters
Update logistics dashboards and provide statistics
Contribute to supply chain support for an assigned geographic area or specific group of products
Ensure that risks are mitigated by performing the controls assigned to your role as described in the Logistics Risk and Control Matrix
