Our partner, an international agricultural company is offering the unique possibility to join the team on one of key positions as Country Supply Chain ManagerResponsibilities (approx. 70% - operational work, 30% - management):1. Managing a team of two Supply Chain Specialists2. Supply Planning & Procurement
  • Demand forecasting, planning and placing orders for imported and local products.
  • Monitoring stock levels, replenishment and allocation management.
  • Cooperation with suppliers and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Preparation and coordination of contracts, invoices, and pricing calculations.
  • Management of import/export documentation and customs clearance.
  • Communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and brokers.
  • Control of supplier payments and receivables.
3. 3PL & Logistics Management * Collaboration with 3PL providers (warehousing, transport, invoicing, reporting).
  • Monitoring of shipment status and future deliveries.
  • Support in waste disposal projects and re-export operations.
4. Quality Management
  • Handling product quality issues, claims and returns.
  • Coordination with quality managers, production sites, and logistics partners.
  • Documentation for product export and credit note processing.
5. Reporting & Compliance
  • Preparation of reports for Global Supply Chain (GSC).
  • Support of audit requests and external reporting (Chamber of Commerce, etc.).
  • Maintenance of product master data (new codes, pack sizes, supplier info).
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Participation in company projects, cooperation with Commercial and Marketing teams.
  • Contribution to process improvement and alignment with global standards.
Requirements:
  • Higher education (Supply Chain, Economics or related field)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in supply chain/logistics (import/export documentation experience required)
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, import/export logistics
  • English: Upper Intermediate (written & spoken, business communication)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in 1C/SAP/SBO is an advantage
