Job Description:Job purposeThe Residential Security Team has a significant impact on how clients assess Control Risks' capabilities. The team member is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of presentation and capability for the client. The team member ensures that he/she meet all operational and training standards, and that they are always fully compliant with Control Risks' standard operating procedures (SOPS).Tasks and responsibilitiesDemonstrates competence in Control Risks' policies, SOPs and personal skillsDisplays etiquette, disciplines and maintains standards in all areaRemains informed about the threats and key issues in UkraineConducts dynamic security assessments of situations within the buildingMaintains advanced first aid skillsUses handheld communications systemsMaintains competence in all required skills through regular formal trainingOperational responsibilitiesKnowledge of evacuation proceduresReview of safe havensMonitors the movement of diplomatsProvided feedback to the duty managerProvides emergency medical attention if requiredResponds effectively to adverse and/or unseen incidentsDriving may be required for an evacuationTrain escorts - deploying to Chelm, PolandRequirements:EssentialCompletion of Control Risks Ukraine inductionFit and active to work in a challenging environmentAvailable to deploy within 2 weeks of hirePreferredPrevious military or police experiencePrevious experience working in a private security company in a challenging environmentFull Ukrainian driving license.
