- Creating and managing invoices for goods and services.
- Receiving and sending invoices.
- Preparing and sending closing documents to customers.
- Tracking and ensuring the return of our copies of documents.
- Working closely with local and Corporate Finance and Accounting teams on reports and invoicesiry
- Managing supplier approvals, customer adjustments, prepayments, and billing processes.
- Managing CRM contracts.
- Supporting the CEO, Enterprise Sales Lead, Key Account Managers, and Bid teams with bids, calculations, proposals, and import/export documentation.
- Communicating with vendors to collect marketing resources.
- Preparing reports.
- Assisting with post-sales activities
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations or administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of invoicing and financial documentation processes.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Language skills: English - Intermediate
