In this role, you will have a significant impact on ensuring the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of our Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for both testing and administrating Salesforce to maintain its optimal functionality and support our business processes.How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate Salesforce functionality, configurations, and customizations
  • Conduct thorough system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to identify and report defects or inconsistencies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, resolve issues, and align with business needs
  • Document test results, track defects, and communicate testing progress to stakeholders
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies
  • Work with Salesforce for bug-fixing tasks and system improvements
What You Bring to the Team
  • At least 3 years of Manual QA Experience
  • Extended experience as a Salesforce QA Specialist
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and execution
  • Ability to develop comprehensive test cases and scripts
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce features, capabilities, and limitations

  • Have strong analytical skills, a detailed approach to quality assurance, and hands-on experience in Salesforce administration.
