We are seeking a talented and experienced Middle Associate with a profound interest in Corporate and M&A, IT Law, eager to join a team of highly professional experts. This presents an excellent opportunity to engage in unique and large-scale projects within a leading Ukrainian law firm.Our Client is a leading Ukrainian law firm renowned for its support of significant and distinctive legal projects. The firm's team holds a leading position in corporate law and M&A in Ukraine. Annually, over 20 transactions are executed, serving leading Ukrainian and international businesses, with a substantial focus on technology transactions and strategic sectors vital for Ukraine's post-war reconstruction. This team successfully combines rigorous transactional work with strong team support and a vibrant working environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing legal support for corporate projects (company registration and legal audit, agreements, investments, M&A in the technology sector).
Handling commercial contracts, including agreements under Diia.City, SaaS agreements, licensing agreements, and other relevant instruments.
Offering legal advice to clients on matters of personal data protection and GDPR compliance.
Serving as a reliable legal advisor for IT sector clients, ranging from startups to major international corporations.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

A complete higher legal education (Master's degree) from a recognized university.
A minimum of2-3 years of relevant experience as a lawyer in a law firm or in-house (corporate/commercial law and personal data protection are mandatory; experience in a law firm is a significant advantage).
Excellent negotiation skills and effective client communication abilities.
Superior legal writing, analytical, and research skills, with proven experience in drafting complex contracts.
Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.
Proficiency in English (B2/C1 level), sufficient for confident client communication and the preparation of legal documentation.
High level of responsibility, proactivity, and the ability to effectively manage projects.
