We don't just maintain partnerships-we shape engagement strategies and create opportunities that impact the entire Genesis business portfolio.We are seeking a visionary Lead Partnership Manager, a strategic leader ready to work directly with founders, C-level executives, and global tech partners. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments, owns outcomes end-to-end, and can translate strategy into tangible results across multiple companies and markets.What you'll be doing:
  • Strategic Leadership: Build and scale a world-class BD & Partnership function, elevating team capabilities, introducing best practices, and enabling the ecosystem's ambitious growth mandate.
  • Business Opportunity Identification: Discover untapped markets, product categories, and monetization pathways across Genesis's portfolio. Turn insights from founders, partners, and global market trends into cross-ecosystem initiatives.
  • End-to-End Deal Leadership: Structure, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships with global technology leaders. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder agreements involving multiple Genesis companies.
  • Maximizing Partner Value: Ensure Genesis businesses gain early access to new products, strategic programs, marketing support, and other Big Tech advantages.
  • Ecosystem Events & Initiatives: Co-design and execute flagship summits, workshops, accelerators, and other high-impact events in collaboration with global tech partners.
  • Operational Innovation: Transform BD processes, pilot new initiatives, and raise operational standards across the ecosystem.
  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term executive-level relationships across global technology companies. Serve as a brand ambassador for Genesis.
What we expect from you:
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Big Tech, top-tier consulting, advertising/marketing platforms, high-growth tech companies, or similar environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional commercial results and leading strategic projects or initiatives.
  • Experience engaging with C-suite executives and senior leadership in global or enterprise organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent negotiation, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity to drive change and innovation in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder settings.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
