- Strategic Leadership: Build and scale a world-class BD & Partnership function, elevating team capabilities, introducing best practices, and enabling the ecosystem's ambitious growth mandate.
- Business Opportunity Identification: Discover untapped markets, product categories, and monetization pathways across Genesis's portfolio. Turn insights from founders, partners, and global market trends into cross-ecosystem initiatives.
- End-to-End Deal Leadership: Structure, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships with global technology leaders. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder agreements involving multiple Genesis companies.
- Maximizing Partner Value: Ensure Genesis businesses gain early access to new products, strategic programs, marketing support, and other Big Tech advantages.
- Ecosystem Events & Initiatives: Co-design and execute flagship summits, workshops, accelerators, and other high-impact events in collaboration with global tech partners.
- Operational Innovation: Transform BD processes, pilot new initiatives, and raise operational standards across the ecosystem.
- Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term executive-level relationships across global technology companies. Serve as a brand ambassador for Genesis.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Big Tech, top-tier consulting, advertising/marketing platforms, high-growth tech companies, or similar environments.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional commercial results and leading strategic projects or initiatives.
- Experience engaging with C-suite executives and senior leadership in global or enterprise organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent negotiation, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to drive change and innovation in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder settings.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Experience hiring, scaling, and managing high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, ad platforms, mobile apps, or platform economy.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Direct impact on the strategy and growth of one of the largest tech hubs in CEE.
