  • Ensure solid CRM usage for all Innovative Medicines (IM) customer-facing roles (including Medical) and embed a CRM training plan aimed at improving skills of customer facing associates
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Business Excellence & Execution (BE&E) and Medical teams to ensure Consent data management, data monitoring (including open text fields), Segmentation & Targeting process, Multi-Channel Cycle Plan (MCCP) preparation and submission, SFE and engagement KPI analysis and regular reporting of all activities in CRM system
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact and perform advanced administrative tasks according OnCore guidelines such as (but not limited to): User Management, Territory Management, Report Definitions, Product Management, Master Data Management
  • Proactively work with IM teams to optimize their use of the CRM system providing constant support to improve quality of country master data for OnCore
  • Act as a key point of contact for all users for CRM system troubleshooting or other errors
  • Ensure proper and timely CRM onboarding for incoming Medical and Commercial employees
  • Provide ad-hoc CRM reports / technical CRM-related support to IM teams (including BE&E) according to demand
  • Support Voice of the Customer (VoC) and survey build-up and export in the system
  • Drive Healthcare Practitioner (HCP) registration on Novartis platforms and data cross-checks with data vendors
  • On time reporting of spontaneous adverse events (AE) reports and technical complaints for all Novartis products
  • Support ad hoc market reports and analytics
Requirements:
  • Student or recent graduate in IT, data analytics, statistics, management or similar
  • Very strong analytical skills and digital affinity
  • Ability to efficiently work with large amounts of data
  • Expert user of Excel and other MS Office programs
  • Good understanding of user interfaces
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, willingness to upskill others and ability to distill and clearly communicate insights from complex sets of data
  • Strong drive for superior results and process improvement
