- Proactively seeking and enticing new clients, including manufacturers, developers, architects, investors, and designers.
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential customers and existing clients in your designated territory
- Manage the entire sales journey: from the initial outreach to the final contract signing.
- Building lasting connections with key clients
- Engaging in project-based initiatives: selecting systems, providing consultations, and offering robust project support.
- Technical & Commercial Support
- Present Alumil's products and services, providing technical support and expertise to clients
- Creation of proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and engineering, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- Participate in industry exhibitions and events to promote Alumil’s brand and expand your professional network
- Planning & Reporting
- Achievement of sales targets
- CRM management
- Market and client analysis
- Sales forecasting
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities to better position Alumil in the market
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights using our CRM system
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales is essential, ideally within the realms of construction, façade, window, or architectural systems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Your experience in leading a sales team will be greatly valued.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM software.
- Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in managing projects effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
