- Proactively participate in the implementation of a strategic lead generation plan for sales through the partner channel.
- Identify, research, and establish relationships with potential partners and key decision-makers.
- Generate high-quality leads.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs and aligning them with LineUp's service offerings.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective messaging and lead generation strategies.
- Maintain and manage CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and partner engagement.
- Develop and present reports on lead generation performance, pipeline growth, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine lead generation strategies.
- Work closely with existing partners to strengthen relationships and explore new business opportunities.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales, preferably within the IT services or outsourcing industry.
- Proven track record in generating and nurturing leads within a partner channel framework.
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Knowledge of IT outsourcing and software development industries is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize lead generation strategies based on insights.
- Experience in managing partnerships and channel sales.
