The Entertainment Manager & Choreographer leads the creative vision and execution of world-class entertainment experiences, shaping distinctive performances that captivate audiences and elevate the destination’s identity. This role is instrumental in curating dynamic, ever-evolving concepts that seamlessly blend artistry, culture, and innovation.Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and choreograph bespoke performances and immersive shows, ensuring each experience is unique, refined, and aligned with the seasonal vision.
  • Curate and oversee end-to-end entertainment programs, from creative development to live execution.
  • Lead and inspire a diverse roster of international performers and talent, maintaining exceptional artistic standards.
  • Orchestrate rehearsals, staging, and live operations to deliver flawless, high-impact performances.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, production, and design teams to integrate music, costume, lighting, and spatial storytelling into cohesive experiences.
  • Continuously evolve concepts through innovation and reinvention, ensuring each season introduces fresh narratives and elevated guest experiences.
  • Oversee entertainment logistics, budgets, and talent management, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and cultural sensitivity across all performances.
Profile and Expertise
  • Established experience in high-end entertainment, choreography, or creative direction within luxury or large-scale events.
  • Good global networks of entertainers and talent.
  • Strong artistic sensibility with the ability to translate concept into immersive reality.
  • Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary creative teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and execution.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment driven by seasonal transformation.
