- Provide technical support to customers, ensuring timely and high-quality issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SQL/database-related problems (queries, stored procedures, triggers, functions).
- Debug issues using browser development tools and other technical methods.
- Collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge to improve team expertise.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members.
- Continuously learn new skills and adapt to complex products and custom setups.
- Document solutions and contribute to improving support processes.

- Prior experience in a SaaS Support environment;
- SQL knowledge and skills (database queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions);
- Ability to debug using web browser development tools.
- Previous exposure to Microsoft Azure (preferably Durable Functions);
- Knowledge of technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS;
- Experience with using or supporting ERP systems such as PRONTO, Microsoft Dynamics Nav, Dynamics AX, NetSuite, and SAP.
- Knowledge of e-commerce applications such as Commerce Vision, Magento, Shopify, Big Commerce, PRONTO Woven, Neto, Hybris, and SANA Commerce.
