- Negotiations with clients and preparation of annual contracts;
- Business review with customers to show the best level of partnership;
- Minimize the cost and maximize sales & profit growth for the company;
- Analyze pros & cons and set the strategy for each customer, including competitors analysis;
- Plan, develop and implement Promotions with customers through KAM and trade marketing teams;
- Develop annual promotional calendar for each customer with break through ideas;
- Share market intelligence, business issues, sales forecasts;
- Identify opportunities in target customer accounts for new product development activity;
- Prepare annual business plan and monitor performance against targets;
- Prepare pipeline and accurate forecasts;
- Negotiate and finalize customer contracts and monitor compliance;
- Coordination of KAM's work with clients;
- Follow up of clients' budgets (discount, bonus, coop, etc…) and clients' plan achievement;
- Follow up of clients' stock, selling out and orders;
- Implementation and follow up of recommended prices in National clients (wholesalers and retailers)
- University degree;
- Extensive experience in sales in consumer products;
- Proven Managerial experience +3 years;
- Strong communication and negotiation skill;
- Product knowledge;
- Self initiative, result-oriented;
- Strong analytical skill;
- Experience computer user;
- Profficient in English
