• Creating short-form videos (15−60 sec) that actually hit - Jumping on trends while they're still hot - and giving them your own spin - Editing with rhythm, humor, and narrative in mind - Adding smart subtitles/text overlays - not killing the vibe with overload - Offering content ideas, building mini-plans, and staying a step ahead - Driving social media creative strategies with a focus on increasing engagement, follower growth, and reach across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.), while contributing to key product conversion goals; - Managing the day-to-day operations of WhiteBIT's social media channels, including handling DMs and replying to comments; - Participating in working groups focused on specific campaigns, events, and partnerships; - Collaborating with copywriters and designers to help create social media assets, including text and visual elements, for the channels you oversee; - Setting, reporting, and being accountable for specific social media KPIs to track performance; - Analyzing and reporting on the performance of your campaigns.
