Опис вакансіїWe are currently looking for a Customer Support Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for empathetic, proactive individuals with strong English skills who enjoy helping others and solving problems.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to users of our platform via chat and email
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints by offering appropriate solutions within defined timeframes
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
  • Follow established communication protocols and company policies
  • Input and manage data in CRM systems and other cloud-based tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by managers
Requirements:
  • Excellent written English communication skills (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not required
  • Strong user-level knowledge of digital tools and applications
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
  • Empathy, problem-solving mindset, and a customer-first attitude
  • Flexibility in communicating with various personality types
Working Hours:
  • 8-hour shifts with 1-hour break
  • Rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM Kyiv time (latest shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
