- Provide support to users of our platform via chat and email
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints by offering appropriate solutions within defined timeframes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Follow established communication protocols and company policies
- Input and manage data in CRM systems and other cloud-based tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform additional duties as assigned by managers
- Excellent written English communication skills (mandatory)
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not required
- Strong user-level knowledge of digital tools and applications
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
- Empathy, problem-solving mindset, and a customer-first attitude
- Flexibility in communicating with various personality types
- 8-hour shifts with 1-hour break
- Rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM Kyiv time (latest shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
