We're constantly improving, advancing, and adopting new trends, new skills, and new expertise.As we continue to grow, we are looking for anAccounting & Finance Manager with emphasis on accounting to oversee and support the accounting operations of our Ukrainian office in Kyiv (preferred location of work is Zagreb, Croatia or at least part of the time). With a team of around 40 professionals in Ukraine, this role requires fluency in Ukrainian and English as well as expertise in Ukrainian accounting standards and tax regulations. It's a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our financial operations while collaborating with both local and international teams.What you'll do:
  • Ensure compliance with Ukrainian accounting and tax regulations
  • Supervise external accounting and oversee daily accounting and finance activities for the Ukrainian office
  • Develop and implement systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of group reporting to the parent company
  • Monitor cash flow, approve daily cash outflows, and manage FX differences
  • Assist in annual audits
  • Maintain communication with Ukrainian banks and financial institutions
  • Collaborate with the Ukrainian and Croatian team to ensure efficient financial operations.

What we expect:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting
  • Strong understanding of Ukrainian accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian is a must

  • A master's degree or professional certification (like CPA or ACCA, etc.)
