  • Knowledge of the FMCG product market, competitive environment, retail, key customers. Collect and possess information for the purpose of Risk management, in order to adapt the existing Client Development strategy, and find new opportunities for the growth of sales of the company's products.
  • Know the competitors' market, the main trends in the market and provide suggestions for maintaining and growing the Company's market position (CatMan, DCG, etc.).
  • Achieving the goals set by the Company:
  • conducting annual negotiations and timely signing of Agreements (Product Supply Agreements, Bonus Agreement and Marketing Agreement) with Key Customers to comply with the deadlines set by the company in order to prevent blocking of the company's product supplies due to the lack of necessary documents;
  • approval of the availability of the recommended assortment in the Key Client's sales units, in accordance with the company's assortment strategy and ensuring implementation by the Key Client;
  • compliance with requirements for the placement of Nestle products in Clients' sales units (placement of the number of assortment units - sku facing);
  • coordination and implementation of the procurement plan on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis;
  • coordination with the Key Client of budgets (TTS) for the year and ensuring use in accordance with the agreed internal company procedures (Activity Calendar, Office Memo).
  • Ensuring 100% payment for the company's shipped products by the Key Client according to the agreed payment deferral fixed in the Agreements (Supply Agreement)
  • Develop long-term and successful relationships between the Company and Key Clients
  • Be the link connecting Nestle divisions (Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Legal, Finance, etc.) with the Key Client for the most optimal achievement of results
  • Development and approval by the company's divisions (sales manager, sales development manager, sales controller) of the procurement plan and budgets of Key Customers on an annual basis within the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process, and its adjustment and approval by the line manager on a monthly basis, according to the Monthly Planning (MP) process.
  • Planning and implementation of promotional activities, coordination and analysis of their effective implementation (ROI, uplifts) in accordance with the agreed Annual Activity Plan (ICP, Activity Calendar)
  • Find new opportunities for the company's Business Growth in the Key Client, coordinate this with compliance with the company's internal procedures (document flow, etc.), implement this with the Client
Basic requirements:
  • Completed higher education in economics, business administration or related fields
  • Work experience in a similar position (experience in managing work with Key Accounts, sales, marketing) from 2 years
  • Work with ATB
  • Knowledge of trade operations (wholesale and retail), knowledge of the market, product categories, and sales channels.

  • Category B driving license
