This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working across APIs, workflow automation tools, enterprise platforms, and infrastructure, and who can turn business requirements into reliable technical integrations.
The Integration Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting integrations between business systems, communication platforms, support tools, and internal data sources. This person will work closely with product, operations, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure that systems exchange data correctly, workflows are automated efficiently, and the overall solution is stable, scalable, and maintainable.Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between internal and third-party platforms
- Implement automated workflows that support business and operational processes
- Work with APIs, webhooks, data mappings, and authentication mechanisms
- Connect communication channels, business applications, and support systems into unified workflows
- Troubleshoot integration issues across systems, applications, and environments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions
- Support testing, deployment, documentation, and handover of implemented solutions
- Help ensure integrations are secure, reliable, and easy to maintain over time
- Experience in integration engineering, solutions engineering, or similar technical implementation roles
- Strong understanding of APIs, data exchange, and system-to-system integrations
- Experience with workflow automation tools or integration platforms
- Ability to work with business applications, operational systems, and support platforms
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across multiple technical domains
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with enterprise automation platforms
- Familiarity with support or ticketing systems
- Experience with cloud services and secure connectivity patterns
- Exposure to AI-enabled workflows, conversational systems, or knowledge automation
- Experience in retail, operations, or multi-location business environments
- Remote-first collaboration or office option (Kyiv)
