Graphic Designer (with AI Design Experience)

• Lead the creation of visual assets for web, mobile, CRM, and social channels — including banners, animations, game tiles, and campaign creatives.
• Use AI-powered design tools (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Runway ML) to generate concepts, iterate fast, and scale visual output.
• Collaborate with Product, CRM, and Marketing teams to deliver high-performing creatives tailored to specific campaign objectives.
• Support rapid content creation and localisation through AI-enhanced workflows.
• Maintain visual consistency and alignment with brand identity while pushing boundaries with innovative and dynamic designs.
• Contribute to UI/UX improvements through visually optimised onsite elements and player journeys.
• Participate in concept development for promotions, landing pages, and video/motion assets — using AI to prototype and ideate faster.
• Stay up to date with the latest in AI design tech and recommend new tools or approaches to increase team efficiency.
• Assist with competitor creative research and trend analysis to keep the brand visually ahead of the curve.

• 2+ years of graphic design experience in a digital environment; iGaming, entertainment, or high-volume consumer brands preferred.
• Strong portfolio showing mastery of design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and AI design platforms (e.g. Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, Runway ML, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI-generated visuals into brand-safe, polished final designs.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, motion, and responsive design.
• Proactive, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• A passion for innovation and a “design first, iterate fast” mindset.
• Experience in video editing, 3D, or animation is a plus.
