- 2+ years of experience in a Retention/CRM Manager role within the iGaming industry;
- English - Intermediate+ (upper level will be an advantage);
- Strong data analysis skills, ability to formulate hypotheses, and evaluate results;
- Excellent understanding of the specifics of gambling: engagement mechanics, player motivation, and regulatory constraints.
- Develop and execute retention strategies across Tier 1 markets;
- Optimize user lifecycle communications: onboarding, reactivation, loyalty, and churn prevention;
- Launch A/B test and find the best offers and triggers for users;
- Monitor and improve core retention metrics (Retention Rate, ARPU, ARPC);
- Collaboration with other teams (Product, CM, Support, Creative) to comprehensively implement tools;
- Ongoing competitor and industry trend monitoring in the online casino space.
