Art Team Leader

Responsibilities:

Creative Vision - Guide, develop and execute creative and innovative ideas
Work Methodology - Explore new tools, technologies and work methods in order to optimize and speed up workflows and ongoing operations
Collaboration - Create and maintain a close and synergic dialogue with clients and colleagues such as UI/UX Designers, Machine Factory, Monetization, R&D
Strategic Projects - Closely lead and direct main projects
Training and Mentoring - Constantly improve professional skills and personal development for both employees and managers
Team HR - Set high standards of team dynamics, collaboration and motivation
Knowledge Sharing - Preserve internal knowledge and share it inside out. Learn from other studios and colleagues about processes and work methods
Projects Management - Follow the art plan and help the Artists deliver on time with the best result possible

Requirements:

Strong design background, drawing, color, composition, and conceptual ideation abilities

At least 2 years of experience in Leading Art Teams in the gaming industry and optimizing workflows
Great illustration skills with a portfolio of 2D assets for games
Excellent knowledge of Photoshop and render
Strong communication skills both in Ukrainian and English
