You'll work alongside senior product strategists, UX/UI designers, and UX writers delivering high-impact solutions for leading brands.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct LeadershipLead the creation of customer-centric digital ecosystems - from UX research to final product delivery.Combine aesthetic excellence with measurable performance.Ensure every project connects design, business, and technology seamlessly.Team LeadershipBuild and inspire a high-performing team of UX/UI designers, strategists, UX writers and managers.Set clear goals, manage team workload, contribute to hiring and onboarding, and foster an environment that supports growth and autonomy.Foster Fedoriv's culture of curiosity, ownership, and creative bravery.Business & Financial OwnershipOwn the full P&L of the Product Unit, ensuring sustainable profitability.Drive profitable delivery through efficient operations and healthy billing.Establish scalable processes with clear performance tracking and quality control.Client & Growth LeadershipDrive pre-sale and upsell initiatives in partnership with sales, identifying growth opportunities and co-creating high-impact solutions.Build long-term client relationships as a strategic partner - not just a delivery lead.Balance client expectations with team capacity by aligning priorities, workloads, and project scope.Hard Skills5+ years of experience delivering digital products, platforms, or campaigns.3+ years of leadership experience managing teams, stakeholders, and unit performance.Proven track record of building and scaling complex digital products or ecosystems.Experience launching and growing startups or digital ventures is a strong advantage.Direct P&L ownership and experience managing unit-level financial performance.Strong understanding of customer journeys, UI/UX processes, and data-driven design.Practical understanding of AI tools, analytics, and performance optimization frameworks.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.Inspiring leadership style with the ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.High emotional intelligence and empathy toward both clients and team members.Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset - acting as an owner, not just an executor.Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English or higher.What We OfferFull ownership of the Product Unit: vision, team, and execution.Real influence - your work directly impacts top-tier brands.30 paid vacation days per year + paid sick leaves.Health insurance after the trial period.Extra agency-wide vacation days in winter and spring.Performance-based bonuses.Hybrid, flexibility (Kyiv)Let's bring meaningful projects to life together.
