HVAC Designer/Drafter

• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop HVAC system designs and layouts based on project requirements and specifications.
• Create detailed drawings, plans, and schematics using drafting software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to integrate HVAC systems into building designs.
• Coordinate with other members of the design team to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems with other building systems.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications, calculations, and technical reports.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with team members to ensure project objectives are met.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, plumbing design, or related field.
• Understand the design principles of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems and how they operate.
• English up to intermediate/intermediate (but we are ready to consider lower levels).
• Prior experience in HVAC design or drafting is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit or DesignMaster.
• Knowledge of BIM basics is preferred but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
