The firm handles complex legal matters and non-standard cases at the intersection of classical law, crypto, and banking across multiple jurisdictions.The OpportunityDue to growth, we’re hiring a strong legal lead — either an experienced Head of Legal or a Senior Legal Counsel ready to step up into that role with mentoring and support.What You’ll DoCorporate structuring for clients in Europe, the US, and Canada (and other jurisdictions as needed).Banking & accounts: support account opening, liaise with banks and regulators, address compliance/KYC requirements.Client legal strategies: tax-efficient setups, asset protection, legalization of digital/crypto income, cross-border transactions.Documentation & deals: draft/review international contracts, board/shareholder docs, policies, opinions, and memoranda.Cross-border coordination: work with international partners, external counsel, vendors, and internal teams.(If with management experience) lead the legal function: set strategy, build processes, mentor the team, hire and develop talent.What We’re Looking For7+ years of legal practice, with part of it in international law, investments, banking and/or crypto/digital assets.English B2+ (you’ll work with international clients and documentation).Leadership skills or a strong desire to grow into a people-lead role (we will support your progression).Hands-on experience with company registrations, international contracts, cross-border deals is a strong advantage.Bar admission and/or an international LL.M. — nice to have.Why JoinFlexible entry path: step in as Head of Legal if you’ve led teams, or join as Senior Counsel and grow into the role.Top-tier clients: entrepreneurs, investors, family offices, startup founders.International exposure: operate across 5+ jurisdictions, influence complex multi-country projects.Autonomy & impact: shape legal strategy, make decisions, and build your own team.Competitive package: strong fixed compensation + project-based bonuses.Modern environment: class A+ office in Kyiv (Pechersk); hybrid/remote possible case-by-case.
