/ /4 вересня 2025Junior Strong HR ManagerЛьвів, віддалено- Remote (Lviv)- Full-timeIntelvision is looking for an experienced HR Manager (HR Generalist) to strengthen our HR function and support recruitment processes.Responsibilities:
  • Full employee life cycle in the company (onboarding, adaptation, off boarding);
  • Conducting all stages of performance review;
  • Risk management, close communication and interaction with project managers;
  • Conducting and working with 1:1, support crisis communication and emergency response when needed;
  • Development and implementation of various HR researches/ surveys according to the company needs;
  • Track HR metrics and maintain relevant reporting;
  • Implement new and improve current HR processes;
  • Manage employee communication and feedback;
  • Organisation of corporate events/activities;
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR (working experience in IT company or service company is a plus);
  • Excellent planning, time-management, presentation, and analytical skills;
  • Good communication and negotiation skills;
  • Proactive and very well-organised person;
  • Result-oriented and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to take the whole ownership for the work;
  • Positive mindset and creativity;
  • High level of teamwork and networking;
  • English level: Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate;
Would be a plus:
  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist;
  • Experience in sourcing and candidate outreach;
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, automation tools);
