- Lead the development of new business opportunities within the CIS region.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and other growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, operators, and partners in the iGaming industry.
- Develop and implement tailored business development strategies that align with company goals and regional market demands.
- Manage contract negotiations, ensuring agreements are both beneficial and compliant with legal and regulatory standards relevant to the region.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to monitor trends, customer preferences, and competitor actions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand visibility and expand the professional network.
- Set and achieve ambitious revenue and performance goals, focusing on both new customer acquisition and client retention.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development within the iGaming industry.
- Strong understanding of iGaming operations.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating complex business agreements.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Only applicants based within the Central European Timezone (CET ±2) will be considered.
