We do NOT accept resumes from rabota.uaDeadline for applications: September 8, 2025Duties:The incumbent supports the Department of Energy (DOE) Office across the Department's equities which cover all forms of energy as well as nuclear security and cyber security. The primary function is to assist with the implementation of the office's programs and policies. This can include analysis, reporting, coordination, and meeting attendance associated with technical exchanges, bilateral negotiations, and other engagements with both governmental and nongovernmental organizations. The secondary function is management and administration of the DOE Kyiv office, including its annual budget of USD200,000, its travel planning, and its hosting of DOE visits.Requirements:Option 1Experience : Three years of experience with government or non-governmental organization in program/project work or technical assistance activities including administrative and program support.Education : Bachelor's degree in public administration, economics, international relations, engineering, or energy technology.Option 2Experience : A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience with government or non-government organization in program/project work or technical assistance activities including administrative and program support.Education: Two years of college/university studies is required.Language : Fluent English* (speaking/writing/reading) is required.Fluent Ukrainian (speaking/writing/reading) is required.

Skills And Abilities: Must be able to use a personal computer and related programs: e-mail, word-processing, databases, and spreadsheets. Excellent research skills, good oral communication skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations are required. Must have good organizational and customer-oriented skills. Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment, work independently as needed, and understand the importance and priority of assigned tasks.Job Knowledge: An interest and general familiarity in international affairs, energy, and/or nonproliferation issues.We offer:
