The role is based in the Kyiv region, and we will expect you to be in the office 3-4 days per week. So, no full remote is possible. We have a shuttle service from the nearest metro station.Role PurposeWe’re looking for a Community Manager to grow and engage our community of drone pilots. You’ll be the bridge between our users and the product team — a warm, trusted voice who drives engagement, shares updates, and collects insights from the field.Key Objectives:Build positive perception of the productGather insights about the product and competitorsCommunicate new features quickly and clearlyHelp pilots become more skilled and informedMain Responsibilities:Run content rubrics and discussions in Discord or other channels.Create and publish posts, product updates, micro-guides, memes, and stories.Build and maintain a content plan.Gather community feedback and identify recurring requests.Share collected insights with the product and dev teams.Track community sentiment, surface pain points early, and escalate with clarity.Contribute to internal knowledge and briefings from “the voice of the pilot.”What you bring to the team:Previous experience in community management, SMM, product communications.Previous military service is required for this role.Strong Ukrainian language skills (written and spoken).English level B1+ — for communication with international colleagues.Responsible, self-organized, and proactive.Familiar with platforms like Discord, Notion, Microsoft 365.Ability to create engaging, clear, and friendly content.Basic understanding of UAVs, tech, or military tech is a plus.Nice-to-have:Experience building or growing a community from scratch.Past work with product or development teams.Involvement in tech volunteering or defense initiatives.Good sense of humor and meme fluency 😄Ability to simplify complex information.Why Quantum-Systems:We Stand with UkraineWe believe in the power of combined efforts: straightforward tech expertise paired with a customer-centric focus.We are industry pioneers who are ambitious, bold, and visionary.We push limits, think outside the box, and strive for technological excellence to shape the future of aerial data.We promise to be your runway for individual and professional growthAbout us:Quantum Systems specializes in the development, design, and production of unmanned aerial systems (sUAS).
