- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment
- Ability to manage teams effectively and maintain a positive work environment
- Basic Safety Training (BST) and required certifications
- Ensure guest cabins, public areas, and crew quarters meet company cleanliness standards
- Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff performance
- Manage inventory and supplies to maintain efficient operations
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience
