- Proven track of managing teams of 100+ engineers on several accounts in parallel or complex programs
- Experience in driving large-scale customer engagements from pre-sales to solid execution

- Proven experience in establishing/tailoring project processes
- Good understanding of Different Commercial Models, Budgeting
- Experience in budgets and crisis management
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Experience in designing, tailoring, and reviewing KPIs for subordinates
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build good relationships with the team and the customer
- Strong sense of ownership and high speed of learning
- Experience in working with global customers
- Experience in mentoring senior engineering managers and directors
- Having a solid understanding of motivational principles and what drives people toward results

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- MSc in Computer Science or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Managing a portfolio of Technology and Private Equity projects from initiation to closure within budget and schedule, according to the delivery roadmap and client expectations
- Take the lead role in growing the existing portfolio and discovering new opportunities through deep understanding of customer needs and ensuring excellent delivery
- Support GlobalLogic Sales team in preparing new offers and proposals to grow the business
- Become a trusted advisor for key stakeholders from the client side
- Maintain trusted relations with Stakeholders and be able to manage escalations in a timely manner
- Work with a distributed team and customers all over the world from US to Japan, quickly adjust to cultural differences
- Execute financial management and met set goals and targets
- Support strategic initiatives on the delivery unit and company levels
- Lead, encourage, motivate, engage, manage, hire and grow the best engineers and managers in the world
- Managing and executing on-site travels to and from customers
- Sharing knowledge and experience with management team
