We are looking for a Senior Account Executive with experience in SaaS.
So if you are looking for the opportunity to use your proven sales experience to help businesses make a transformational change, not just buy a SaaS solution, this position might be just perfect for you!What will you be doing?
  • Engage with executive-level and team-level buyers to uncover their challenges, goals, and business needs;
  • Demonstrate and explain robust technology to non-technical buyers;
  • Build long-term key relationships and communicate at all levels of decision-making;
  • Build value through the articulation of features and benefits that match customer pain, and use that value to confidently propose PeopleForce as a solution;
  • Operate a disciplined and high-quality sales process aligned with the client's buying process;
  • Meticulously maintain records including notes, status, stage, pipeline, and forecast.
Requirements:
  • Have 3-5+ years of selling experience (ideally SaaS software);
  • Naturally inquisitive, curious, and hungry with a tenacious work ethic and a "never-quit" attitude;
  • Win over people with your personality and have excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Experienced in consultative solution selling, particularly in a B2B context, where you can help educate your opportunities and close in a timely manner;
  • Able to follow a proven sales process to create a consistent and successful client experience;
  • Capable and comfortable working all phases of the funnel with balance and autonomy to produce consistent results from qualification to close.
