- Develops, implements, and follows up on MHPSS activities at local and national level.
- Implements MHPSS activities directly through individual consultations and group support meetings.
- Creates and maintains direct links with MHPSS programme beneficiaries. Organizes referral and follows up of cases as required.
- Sets up and uses culturally and context-appropriate monitoring and evaluation tools and ensures regular data collection.
- Develops and maintains contacts with external stakeholders, according to the MHPSS strategy.
- Translates and ensures context-appropriate material for training and clinical supervision.
- Trains and supervises MHPSS staff from other organizations/partners/teams as per the programme strategy.
- Maintains regular communication with his/her supervisor, providing data and programme updates.

- Bachelor's degree in psychology or clinical psychology.
- Master's degree in psychology and/or qualification in an evidence based psychological approach
- License to practice with documentation confirming membership in a national association.
- A minimum of 3 years of overall professional experience, preferably in international or local humanitarian organizations.
- Demonstrated experience and strong expertise in delivering individual and group psychological / psychosocial support.
- Excellent clinical assessment skills, including conducting risk assessments.
- Experience in developing and conducting trainings and providing supervision in close coordination with partners and stakeholders.
- Comprehensive knowledge of psychological interventions at different levels, including clinical, psychosocial, and community-based approaches as well as practical understanding of their application in humanitarian contexts and within Ukraine's mental health system.
- Strong ability to establish effective communication with stakeholders, including beneficiaries and operational partners.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs, contexts, and working environments.
- Willingness to travel within southern Ukraine, including for several days at a time.
- Understanding of Ukraine's current political, economic, social, and cultural dynamics.
- Ukrainian citizenship or permanent residence permit in Ukraine.
- Professional fluency (written and spoken) in English and Ukrainian.
