  • sets up and manages Google ads accounts;
  • participates in the planning of effective paid search strategies;
  • conducts keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for campaigns and ad groups;
  • optimizes bidding at the keyword, geo and device;
  • performs daily account management of PPC campaigns and optimizes Google ads accounts to achieve higher results;
  • generates basic reports on campaign performance, using data to identify trends and insights;
  • tests new ways to launch and scale campaigns;
  • keeps up with industry trends, changes in PPC platforms, and advertising policies;
  • implements measures to mitigate the risk of click fraud;
  • analyzes competitors and suggests improvements;
  • collaborates with and supports TL PPC in various tasks and projects;
  • KPI achievements;
  • continuously learns and seeks to improve PPC skills and knowledge through training and self-development.
Requirements:
  • practical experience in conducting PPC campaigns in Google Ads Search/KMC/Demand Gen/YouTube/creatives, etc;
  • experience working with various geos;
  • experience not only in creating accounts and campaign launches from scratch, but also in their optimization after launch;
  • ability to work with campaigns on different bidding strategies;
  • understanding how to effectively run tests, analyze data, and scalability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI;
  • knowledge of metrics: conversions, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, LTV;
  • good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets;
  • English - level B1 and above;
  • excellent analytical skills, love of numbers and attention to detail.
