- Prepare detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical documentation to provide timely and constructive feedback.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities; identify, document, and track bugs effectively.
- Design, build, and run automation scripts using open-source tools.
- Organize testing workflows to ensure alignment with client requirements and development timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including developers and product managers, to identify and refine system requirements.
- Review and analyze debugging results to assist with issue resolution.
- Monitor and report on quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open issue counts.
- Investigate the root causes of non-conforming software and support the implementation of corrective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to continually enhance QA processes.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar QA role, with strong exposure to automation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Significant experience working in software development environments, utilizing QA methodologies and tools.
- Proficient in using automated testing tools.
- Solid hands-on experience with SQL and scripting, particularly with C# and .NET technologies.
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry for monitoring and observability.
- Strong working knowledge of Apache Pulsar.
- In-depth understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Flexibility to collaborate with teams across different time zones.
