We specialize in offering payment services and technical integration for instant payments to merchants and individuals across various payment methods and currencies. Besides, we have a wide range of clients and collaborate with companies from diverse industries, earning the trust of large enterprises, e-wallet project owners, partner program providers, and more.We are looking for a highly-motivated Operations Manager to join our professional team.Requirements:

  • Intermediate or higher English
  • Basic understanding of technical aspects related to payment methods is a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners
  • Communicate regularly to foster collaboration and achieve mutual business objectives
  • Work towards initiating and increasing traffic and revenue through effective communication
  • Identify and recruit suitable testers for our payment solutions
  • Manage relationships with testers, ensuring effective communication and feedback loops
  • Prepare and draft contracts, agreements, and amendments with counterparties
  • Ensure all legal and business requirements are met in collaboration with the legal team
  • Collaborate with the technical team for the integration and activation of payment methods
  • Facilitate smooth communication between operations and technical teams
  • Monitor and analyze traffic patterns to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Coordinate the distribution channels to maximize revenue and performance
  • Provide timely assistance and support to partners in resolving queries or issues
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution
