This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to guide and collaborate effectively within a team.Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years of professional experience in C++ development.
  • Strong knowledge of C++ with hands-on experience in multithreading and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
  • Experience programming in Linux or Unix-like environments.
  • A systematic approach to problem-solving and system design.
  • Strong communication skills: ability to explain problems clearly and engage the right people for resolution.
  • Participation in code review processes.
  • Experience working with STL and Boost libraries.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
  • Understanding of the networking protocol stack (OSI model, Layers 1–4).
  • Experience with distributed systems or high-performance applications.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., shell scripting, Python).
Job responsibilities
  • Design and implement network-oriented applications in Linux userspace.
  • Work on system-level modules, infrastructure components, and performance-critical features.
  • Contribute to architecture and design discussions, including scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Implement new modules and features, and continuously improve existing components.
  • Collaborate closely with distributed international teams.
