That's why, together with , Operations Manager at Impulse, we're looking for a Junior Operations Specialist to join our team of superstars. Together, we'll be shaping the growth of Impulse — driving user acquisition for our web funnels, the fastest-growing and most high-impact stream in Impulse. Today, our operations team is also a key contributor to Headway Inc.'s global achievements. What you will do:
  • Analyse team processes and share recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with team managers, domain experts, and top management to enhance both new and existing processes.
  • Stay up to date with tool updates and create automations to optimize existing technical workflows.
  • Work with documentation and analytics to ensure accuracy, clarity, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct team surveys — design questionnaires, collect feedback, analyze results, and highlight bottlenecks.
  • Manage system access, documentation workflows, and process compliance.
  • Research and test tools, software, and AI solutions to support marketing and operational needs.
  • Provide daily operational support to the marketing team, ensuring smooth workflow and task execution.
What do you need to join us:
  • 1+ year of experience in operations, analytics, or process management.
  • Confidence with Excel/Google Sheets and working with large datasets.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, curious, and ready to learn fast.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, multitasking environment.
  • English at Intermediate level or higher.

  • Familiarity with databases, Notion, and FigJam, as well as basic programming skills (vibe-coding).
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics.
