Power Engineer

• Coordination of all stages of renewable energy project implementation (solar, wind, hybrid plants, and energy storage systems);
• Development and oversight of the project roadmap execution;
• Organization and supervision of construction works, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets;
• Risk management and crisis resolution;
• Collaboration with government authorities, contractors, and technical consultants;
• Conducting negotiations and managing legal aspects of the project (permits, licenses, agreements);
• Ensuring project compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements;
• Quality control of equipment and construction works;
• Interaction with certification bodies and regulatory agencies;
• Market trend analysis in the renewable energy sector;
• Implementation of modern technological solutions to improve project efficiency.

• Higher technical education (preferably in the field of energy, electrical engineering or related specialties);
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (experience in the energy sector is an advantage);
• Experience in negotiations with contractors, drafting and approving technical specifications, and overseeing project execution;
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and the sequence of construction activities;
• English proficiency at an intermediate level (B1) or higher;
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
